In "Save as..." dialog double-click on shortcut to directory offers to save file
in this shortcut file (to replace the shortcut file) instead of opening the
target directory.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right mouse click on a link to some file
2. Choose "Save Target as..."
3. Open your desktop, which contains some shortcuts to directories
4. Double click on the shortcut
Actual Results:
Dialog "Document ... already exists.Do you wish to replace it?"

Expected Results:
Target directory should be opened
