back any updates.
On the left navigation is a drop-down for 'Sign In to Other Services'
Select Online Investing
Press 'Go'

You get redirected to https://baisidirect.com/Static/netscape.html
confirmed with today's ff 1.5. Chadwick, can you contact them and ask them to
support Firefox and other Gecko browsers? If they need help you can give them my
email and a link to this bug.

Banc of America (The investment side) is the only concerned part of their organization that is not cooperating (as far as compatibility goes).

Yes, this is still a problem. I emailed a request to support Firefox and did not hear back anything. I've since moved all my investments from BoA Investments - and it is just their Investment side.


I have a similar problem with a different BoA page: https://www.gov-eagls.bankofamerica.com/  It doesn't render at all with either SeaMonkey1.1.1 (MacOSX) or FireFox2.0.0.3 (MacOSX or Windows).  However, it renders fine with Camino1.0.4(MacOSX)!!!!  So, it doesn't appear to be the Gecko engine per se.

Error message with either SeaMonkey or FireFox is:

Marty Sachs, that problem seems to be with their web server, not with Firefox based on your assessment and would be out of our hands as far as tech evangelism goes.

Closing as WFM. If any versions of Firefox are still redirected to the netscape page, feel free to reopen this bug.
