This was submitted to me as a bug for my extension.  See the screenshot for the
problem.  The user says:
This is FX 1.0.3 on mac os 10.3.9

When I start fireftp for the 1st time the tab is not completely drawn
and parts of the previous tab show. Doing a refresh or switching to a
different tab and switching back again seems to do the trick.

Here is a screenshot, note the top left hand corner and right hand
half. This happens whenever fireftp opens itself in a new tab on
firefox under macos. Switching to and from another tab or refreshing
draws it correctly. Pretty sure it's a long standing phenomenon. I
have not tweaked any settings or preferences related to fireftp apart
from installing it.

No steps to reproduce ==> invalid.  Please reopen when you can provide enough information to maybe allow this to be fixed.
