Details

On M14 startup, and on the nightly build the day before (possibly back much
further), when Mozilla starts up for the first time after being unziped, the
mozilla logo comes up, and after a few seconds, it leaves, and you get a task
bar entry for mozilla, but no window. The only way out of this state is to right
click the app in the task bar, and select 'maximize'...everything else (move,
restore, minimize, left click) do nothing.

I actually deleted a nightly build because of this problem, and only just now
figured out to use 'maximize'.
