User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; zh-CN; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.7.3/mozilla-win32-1.7.3-installer.exe

The first time Quick Launch starts, a dialog will be popped-up to show that
"Quick Launch" has started, with a check box for "not showing any more". Let's
call this dialog Dialog A. After that, you can disable Quick Launch by
right-clicking the icon in the system tray notify icon area and then selecting
"Disable Quick Launch". A confirmation dialog will be popped-up for you to
confirm whether to really disable Quick Launch or not. Let's call this dialog
Dialog B. To perform the right operation, you should close Dialog A before
opening Dialog B, but if you close Dialog B first with the decision to disable
Quick Launch, and then close Dialog A, Mozilla crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup Mozilla for the first time.
2. Enable Quick Launch.
3. A dialog showing the meaning for Quick Launch will pop.
4. Right-click the Quick Launch icon in the system tray notify icon area.
5. Select "Disable Quick Launch" from the popped-up menu.
6. Confirm the disabling.
7. Click "OK" on the first dialog box that explains the meaning of Quick Launch.

Actual Results:
Mozilla crashes.

Expected Results:
Mozilla exits normally.
Reproducible with Mozilla 1.8b1 (and a 1.8b2 nightly) by enabling Quick Launch
and setting browser.turbo.showDialog to true to get the dialog from step 3
(Dialog A).

Rarely touched bug. Maybe not worth fixing. I don't know.
dtsfan@citiz.net: please don't triage our bugs like that. crashes should be fixed. but we have limited engineering resources, so they'll be fixed on an as developer is tickled basis.
Sorry for my being pessimistic. When you are ready to fix it, I suggest that one reasonable way to fix it is to disable pop-up menu on the Quick Launch icon when the dialog box is active.
