Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

In the middle of downloading a large 300+mb demo, another program I was
installing forced a restart. After rebooting, I cleared my Download manager,
yet there's still an incomplete corrupted file on my desktop. I cannot delete
it, i get the following msg: "Cannot delete <filename>: It is being used by
another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and
try again".

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start downloading a file
2. hit the reset button on your computer
