After rebooting, I cleared my Download manager, yet there's still an incomplete corrupted file on my desktop. I cannot delete it, i get the following msg: "Cannot delete <filename>: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again". Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. start downloading a file 2. hit the reset button on your computer
