298878 - Theme with long description pushed 'get more themes' link outside window border

If I install a theme with a long description such as "Brushed 0.9.9.5" then in
the theme manager the 'get more themes' link does not appear. If I increases the
horizontal size of the window then I find the link far to the right. I am using
a 14" monitor with 800x600 res.

The 'get more themes' link should not be allowed to move outside the border of
the window even if theme descriptions do. And theme descriptions should wrap to
the next line if they are too long to fit in the window (or at least use a
horizontal scroll).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install theme with long description such as
https://addons.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?id=548&application=firefox
2.Open theme manager
3.Resize the the theme manager window.
Actual Results:  
If you make the window size smaller than the length of the theme's description
then the 'get more themes' link is not visible.


Expected Results:  
Link should have stayed put.
