There is no Text Formating option in Firefox.
When composing/writing the Email their should be some option to make the letters
Bold, Italic, or selection of different Font, Underline. is very much necessory,
when hilighting some Important details.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
On press of <Ctrl + B> bookmark window is opening.

Expected Results:  
After selection of the Text, on press of <Ctrl + B> selected text has to become
Bold.
