Copy-Paste text to Fido Newsgroup don't allow to send text because of

"the message contains characters not found in the selected encoding"

These characters are not highlighted to find them easy!

It also impossible to force sending in KOI8 encoding!
The problem is, that Fido accept mails ONLY in KOI8 encoding.

Please make this optional, or make some highlighting of not allowed
characters.

P.S. It could be such characters like "»" or even normal text.
But you never knows what is really wrong. Please, correct this!!!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy-Paste text from the web
2. Try to send them to newsgroup

Actual Results:  
Dialog window with text: "the message contains characters not found in the
selected encoding..."

Expected Results:  
1. Either highlight the wrong letters
2. Or allow to force sending of mail.

Option 2 is available in trunk builds (bug 249530). I'm not marking this as a
dupe for the sake of option 1, which seems worth considering as an RFE, though
I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement it.
