When I press Control-L or click on Open Location... in the File menu, the 
dialog asking far a web address refuses to appear and the text in the title 
bar gets selected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Control-L or click on Open Location... in the File menu in Deer Park 
Alpha 1.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, the text in the Location Bar gets highlighted.

Expected Results:  
Opened a dialog asking me for a web address.

I was using the default theme. I do not have a Talkback ID. I have an AMD-K6
(tm) 3D processor, 64 MB RAM, ATI Technologies Inc. 3D RAGE II+ PCI video 
card, 1.20 GB hard drive, 812 MB hard drive, and Deer Park Alpha 1.
this is the intended behaviour
