298924 - Need WordPress install for Mozilla Developer Center (Devmo)

As discussed at the all-hands meeting, we would like to get an initial install
of WordPress up and running for Devmo.  This should live at the top level of
http://developer-test.mozilla.org for now, moving to
http://developer.mozilla.org when the rest of the Devmo stuff moves.

I will need write access to the /wp-content directory and subdirectories so I
can add/modify themes and plugins.  I'll also need access to the top
administrator account.

Would it be possible to get an ETA for this?  We can start prototyping on
another system if it's going to take more than a day or so to get this up,
perhaps, because we really do need some sort of "mozilla broadcast network" to
help prevent repeats of our dp1.1a2/g1.8b3 freeze miscommunication.

Where do I get it from?  I've never seen it before.  I'll have to read over the
install docs before I can tell you how long it'll take.

OK, install is easy, but I need clarification on your URL requirements...

"at the top level of developer-test.mozilla.org"

does that mean you want http://developer-test.mozilla.org/ to reach the
wordpress front page, and any URL on the site will hit wordpress except for the
subdirectories that point at the wikis and so forth?

Or do you want http://developer-test.mozilla.org/wordpress/ ?  or... ?
