I have created shortcuts that will take me to various mapped drives and directories.
If I click on one of these shortcuts in browsing to a location to store a
download file, firefox says "ABC.lnk already exists. Do you want to replace it?
Internet Explorer takes you to the location the link directs it to, which is the
more logical and useful action.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.reproduction is self-evident
2.
3.

Actual Results:
you can't use a shortcut to assist dive and directory traversing

Expected Results:
Internet Explorer takes you to the location the link directs it to, which is the
more logical and useful action.
