When checking for an update in the Tools menu the SmoothWheel extention always
have a problem. This normall wouldn't be an issue, but it has been doing this
for about a year now.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools
2. Options
3. Check for Software updates with the SmoothWheel extention installed

Actual Results:  
Firefox says it has a problem finding updates for this extention

Expected Results:  
It would be nice if there were no problems

The update URL specified in smoothwheel is
http://smoothwheel.mozdev.org/update.rdf which is an error page. This is a
problem with the smooth wheel extension.
