298971 - on page menus appear incorrectly; some selection features missing

There are menus and buttons on the page, which don't appear at all.  The only
way to find them is when the pop out after hovering the cursor over random spots.
Additionally, there should be rating stars visible, which change color when the
cursor is over them.
Both behaviors work correctly when I try it with "Safari".

Graphics which did not appear are being served from a different site.  Having 
prefs set to reject graphics not from originating site disabled their 
appearance.  Adding the serving site to the exceptions list as allowed resolves 
this issue.
