Details

This addresses the issue in Bug 283716 comment 15. This checkbox really should
either be labelled very specifically ("but don't allow scripts to resize
windows, change the....) or just removed all together.

It seems odd that no bug has been filed for this issue when the comment I
mentioned is 4 months old, but I can't find one. Dupe me if you can.

This, of course, has l10n impact.
