Page should contain a large graphic called 'balls.jpg', clearly visible in IE in
the center of the page. Firefox can't find the jpg URL.

Reproducible: Always
This is invalid. The page uses backslashes in the image path, which is invalid.
The fact that it works in IE is a bug in IE.
