When becoming timeout, error dialogue does not open.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.example.jp/
   this site is example domain names(RFC 2606)
2. can not open, time out...

Actual Results:

WFM the xhtml error page is displayed. You should not get an error dialogue
unless you disable xul error pages (they are now enabled by default).

The error message suggests that your neterror page file has some kind of error.
Does it work correctly with a new profile?
it is new profile's screenshot with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050627 Firefox/1.0+
however, I cannot reproduce Firefox/2005062810-trunk/WinXP.
