when something in the bag in mozilla it isn't possible to choose country

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put something in the bag

Actual Results:  
country isn't chooseable

i tryed it with deer park alpha 1 and the same happened

Reporter, I'm not able to find a place where to set the country, after something is selected in the shopping-basket.

coutry select is next to the text: kézbesítési ország
in hungarian.

now, i can select hungary (stable 1.5, linux), but after i delet everything from the cart, and close the tab. after reopening it they are there. only the hungarian page works that way (or other local pages), but it only has this bugs under mozilla.
