As mentioned in my most recent request, some sites have their images come in
from what Firefox would call "elsewhere" and this can lead to a problem of
making key areas of a site unnavigable.  

Normally, if there wasn't an image to show, you would see the alt text, but I've
read in another bug report that "mozilla knows when an image fails to load and
when images are being blocked" (give or take).  It would be nice to have the
option of seeing alt text of at least some of the blocked images.  Alt text,
otherwise, will not display, even when trying
browser.display.force_inline_alttext = true; though, I'm not sure if this was
intended for what I interpreted it as.

Sorry for the dupe; I did attempt to find a similar reference in search...I gave
up after a couple dozen.  I wonder if Bugzilla considers dupe count when
displaying search results....
