This only happens on Mac,

a div element with css style 'overflow:auto',

when hiding/showing the div using visibility:hidden or visible,
the scrollbars don't dissapear along with the div,
scollbar stays on UI even after the div and contents are gone.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached html file
2.click on hide/show javascript links
3.observed scrollbars still on screen on Mac.

Expected Results:
div element along with scrollbars should dissapear
