when using the keyword "Preferences" (Mac vocabulary), search should scroll to
Options (Win vocabulary).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Help | Help Contents
2. In the Help window, click Search in the sidebar.
3. Run a search on "preferences"
4. Click on one of the listed topics.

Actual Results:
go to the page

Expected Results:
go to the page and scroll to "Options"
"Options" is well entrenched on Windows as the term for settings/prefs/etc.
"Preferences" is well entrenched on Linux (maybe only GNOME, but Firefox is
GTK-based) and Mac. There's no reason to clutter Firefox Help up this way, and
I think it would set a dangerous precedent for catering to users familiar with a
platform other than the one on which Firefox is being used. Besides, the
document's at the top level in the table of contents, so it shouldn't be that
hard to find even if the user doesn't know the Windows term.
