Bug 275519 has added another keyboard shortcut set for tab-switching:
Cmd+Opt+Arrows (mac version only, of course). Also note:
  - *Ctrl*+PageUp/PageDown is supported in the mac version
  - Ctrl+Tab/Ctrl+Shift+Tab is not supported in the mac version.
  - Cmd+Opt+Arrow(s) also works in the normal tab widget.

I'm patching tabbed_browsing.xhtml for bug 296903 and getting rid of shortcuts
there, so the only changes needed here will be in shortcuts.xhtml.  This should
be a pretty much trivial patch, and if someone who can actually use these
shortcuts on Mac could make a patch for this, I'd appreciate it.
