There is this button in the privacy panel in the options, under the tab download
history: view download history (I think, don't have the English version right
now).  This button isn't documented here, it should be.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select &pref.menuPath; (Edit - Options or Tools - Options)
2. click Privacy
3. click Download history
