Download a file and close all your browser windows except the download windows.

Then nothing happens as regards the sanitize action.

1.Sanitize settings are all on in Tools/Options/Privacy/Sanitize Settings ...
2.Download a file and close all your browser windows except the download windows.
3.Then nothing happens as regards the sanitize action.

Actual Results:  
No cleaning

Expected Results:  
Sanitize the selected options
