Start with the URL ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ and eventually work your way down
to
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/tivoli-storage-management/patches/client/v5r3/Windows/x32/v530/.

Mozilla will often time out with error "425 Can't open data connection." This
has been happening for years. It doesn't occur with IE (although I may have
passive mode selected). There are other sites that exhibt this behavior, but
this site is the most consistant, and the one I use the most.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/
2. Drill down to subdirectories


Actual Results:  
Sometimes results in error "425 Can't open data connection."

Expected Results:  
Shown the FTP directory listing.

If you retry, eventually you will connect.
