Details

The existing Wordpress install should be moved to /devnews/ directory.

A new, completely separate install is needed for an entirely different use, and
should be in a /webwatch/ directory for the time being (we may move them around
later, but these locations will do for now).

Like the first, I'll need full access to the /wp-content/ directory and subdirs
(at least) so I can manage themes and plugins.
Could I get an ETA on this, please?

Is it safe to nuke the /wordpress/ link? (Will not hurt devnews at all)
