In dayview and weekview, the allday events are not visible. In month and
multiweek view, the don't show as allday.

this patch makes the allday events show up. I didn't do the fancy columns
stuff. All i wanted is to show the events, but not spend too much time on this,
as the old views are destined to go away. But for now (and for sb0.3a1) we
still need them.
