I believe this is related to bug 297570

I can reproduce if I select options before moving over the GM menu enteries such
that the last GM menu entry disapears.

Do you have the Greasemonkey extension installed?

Where did you get your build from, the symbol data for talkback seems to be missing.

No. Messing around with my extensions seems to suggest that the XForms
extension causes it. Updating it to the latest version seems to fix
things. Yes, I can not reproduce it.

That would actually agree with my observations, I had an old version of the
xforms extension installed and clicking on options would crash, with it
uninstalled I can not reproduce the crash.
