i have installed tabbroswer preference extension with quick toggle extension.
(disabling them even does not work)links that should be openned in new window
(like from e-mails) opens up in same window

OK. Bugzilla is not the place to report problems with extensions. You need to
take this up with the extension owner. If you're having trouble with extensions,
try asking for help on the MozillaZine forums: http://forums.mozillazine.org/.

But, if you'd like to try to confirm this bug, download the latest nightly and
try to reproduce this with a clean profile. If you can't then it's probably not
