The File menu gives two functions for Ctrl-W. Which should it be? (Possibly related to #270614) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a tab while on-line 2. Close the tab using Ctrl-W 3. You're now off-line. 4. Check the File menu to see why.

Accesskeys and Shortcut Keys aren`t the same thing. People use Ctrl+W all the time without being thrown offline, are you sure about that? Accesskeys (W in Work Offline) make menus accessible, while shortcut keys provide a shortcut independantly of the menu (Ctrl+W).
