I would like to have the ability to be notified when a new comment is added for
 any of my extensions hosted at update.mozilla.org. This would help to faster
detect invalid comments or comments from people who need a response.

I was thinking of adding this either with an option on the developers section of
an extension where a developer can select to be notified by email about a new
comment, or by adding an RSS feed of the comments.
