When an 'xforms-model-destruct' event is defined for a model and a valid
submission is issued, the message for the event is not displayed. Aaron says
the event is firing, but the message box itself is not displaying.

Reproducible: Always

Placeholder bug. The creation of the message box fails. Probably because the
model is getting ready to leave the document (and the document is leaving, to
boot). But if we really need to give more lead time... Something that we might
need to ask the WG.

Sounds plausible. It seems logical that event listeners should be allowed to
finish before the document is closed. /me smells an "Olli-task" ;-)
my patch to bug 310109 will also fix this bug.
