I use View->Text Size to change the printing size.  Don't know if this was an
intentional feature or an accident, but I can read smaller text on paper than on
screen and it saves paper and ink.

If the Text Size has been reduced (a couple times in my example) and I print
with View-Headers->All, then the print size is reduced (and all the headers are
printed).  But if View->Headers->Normal is set, then the printed text is no
longer reduced (and only the limited set of headers is printed).

I don't want to have to print all the headers in order to get the reduced print
size.  Changing how many headers are printed shouldn't change the print size.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Used View->Text Size->Decrease a couple of times to reduce the viewing size.
2. Set View->Headers->All and print a page.
3. Set View->Headers->Normal and print a page.

Actual Results:  
2. Printed page uses smaller text to match smaller screen viewing size.
3. Printed page uses normal sized text rather than smaller like screen.

Expected Results:  
All printed text should have been smaller, independent of whether headers are
printed or not.

Confirming. This has nothing to do with View > Text size though; that has no
effect on printing by design. This might be related to bug 81750.

Not reproducible in 45.3.0 on Mac. Closing as worksforme.
