User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050531 Camino/0.9+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050531 Camino/0.9+

On some pages with custom form buttons (http://www.eurogamer.net is a good
example as it has two incidences on the main page - one at the top to login and
another on the search box) the Safari-style buttons will appear over the custom
ones. They are also distracting on pages where they are not in keeping with the
theme so an option to switch between Camino and standard Mozilla/Firefox buttons
would be nice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any page that uses custom form buttons
Actual Results:
Camino button appeared over custom button.

Expected Results:
Camino button would have appeared alone or, preferably, custom button for the
page would have overridden it and appeared alone.

I took a brief look at this page. Ordinarily I think what happens is people
style buttons and if Camino can do that style (bold or font size or a few
others), Camino styles and throws out the rest of the style it can't handle.
What makes the buttons on this page so garish is that the button is styled only
a little bit *but* the div that contains the button has images that "make up"
the button.

I'm not sure there's much that can be done about this case (Safari actually
applies less style to the buttons and they look *a bit* better IMO, but the
buttons and inputs don't line up with the background graphics in their divs for
an overall worse appearance IMO); it's the 1 time out of 10 where native
widgets don't look better... :-(
I'm going to go ahead and dupe this to bug 205136 since they're talking about bg
colors and bg images there, too.
