Instead of having all those people creating localized versions of Mozilla
products, wouldn't it be much easier to make them mutlilingual like eg Quark
Xpress Passport, Ritlabs The Bat (www.ritlabs.com -> PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND SEE FOR
YOUR SELF, it's a 30 day trial), ... Instead of hardcoding al the menutext,
buttontext,... just parse them out of a textfile. Then you just need to
translate that textfile without recompliling the whole bunch. In those programs
mentioned one can change the UI language without even restarting the application
!!! If they can do it....

All people working on localisation could then contribute to the development of
Mozilla products !! It would save a lot of human resources, no ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.TRY ritlabs the bat !!
2.
3.
Isn't this how localized versions are created already (I mean, by translating to language "whateverItIs" a list of en-US strings)? If it is, then I suppose this bug is WFM.

WFM is too good for this -- it reads to me like someone abusing bugzilla to troll for downloads of another product.
