I was downloading a application, then I added one more application, after some
time i cancelled the first application (remove option in download), after
removing also download alert was displayed as downloading xxxx of 2 files

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start a download of a file(application)
2.add one more application for download
3.remove one application from download queue

Actual Results:  
download status was displayed wrongly

Expected Results:  
should display info about 1 file downloading

Although it is not completely cleaned up in the download directory (see a
PART-file).
