Hi
Had complete breakdown - lost everything - was using metropipe tunneler. Not 
using tunneler now and uninstall still leaves in 'general tab' metropipe 
tunneler as home page. I have tried everything I can think of to remove this 
so that I can re-configure. I can use IE with no problem but unable to use 
Mozilla because cannot alter settings.

Are you talking about the Mozilla Suite or Mozilla Firefox?
Since Mozilla Firefox is Mozilla's most well-known browser, moving to Firefox :: General.
