299386 - download mgr attempts to download to A: even after changing back to desktop

Earlier this week I changed my default file for download manager to A: for 1
file.  I then changed it back to desktop, and closed Firefox.

Now, everytime I attempt to download something, it looks for A: and you have to
cancel several times, before it will attempt to download to the desktop.

I fixed the problem by deleting the offending file from the download manager.

It is as if a switch was thrown and then wouldn't go back when I changed back to
the desktop.

This might be the answer for several of the bugs I read up on before sending
this report.

Have them try to delete everything that didn't download to the file they want
for a default.

then try to download something.

It will fix the problem.
