When viewing a page which contains both Hebrew and English text, the english
text runs have the letter order reversed (the direction of the text run is still
right to left when laying out the english text).

In addition to a sample url, attaching two pngs - one of a firefox render, one
of ie.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to cited url with firefox
2. Observe english text runs
3. (Go to cited url with IE - observe english text runs)

Actual Results:  
The english text was rendered incorrectly.

Expected Results:  
The english text runs should have been laid out left to right.

The issue here is the combination of iso-8859-8 (visual hebrew) with dir="rtl".
Not sure if this is a bug or an intended behaviour, though...
