The above URL is just one of many mirrors on the SourceForge.net site from which
it should be possible to download the OggVorbis QuickTime component. None of
these mirrors works in Mozilla, and in every case a message, 'Load error',
appears. In Internet Explorer, the download works properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the site.
2. Try to download the file.


Actual Results:  
An error message, 'Load error', appeared.

Expected Results:  
The file should have been downloaded.

Whoops! It must have been some kind of temporary outage that affected all the
mirrors, but was fixed by the time I tried Internet explorer. I went back to the
site with Mozilla, and now downloading works perfectly well in Mozilla. Apologies!
