Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the application
2.Login to application
3.Navigate to exam master via Examination menu=>Exam master submenu 
4. Click on new button, enter exam name & duration and click on Save button and 
observe the error

Actual Results:  
Creation of new exam master results into error HTTP 404 not found

Expected Results:
