Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the application.
2.Click on New Examiner Registration button.
3.Click on New button.
4.Enter the Login ID & password & observe the password for encryption

Actual Results:  
The password is not encrypted

Expected Results:  
Password should be in encrypted form.
Can someone explain this one?
