Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Tools > Account Settings > Add Account
2. bug-1: "RSS News & Blogs" does not have a hot-key
3. select IMAP
4. Next
5. enter name and address
6. Next
7. bug-2: on "Server Information" screen, alt-I doesn't work - other hot-keys do
(rest doesn't matter)

Wayne, does this still occur?
#7 works on trunk.
#2 strictly speaking would be an enh request, which I don't care about.
