One should not be required to use the 'about:config' interface to enable
'middlemouse.contentLoadURL'. It should be 'off' by default, so as not to
confuse newbies. Each item in the configuration dialogs should have a decent
"long" description explaining what it does (perhaps in "help"; perhaps it's
already there and I overlooked it.)

Reproducible: Always
