the e-mail address list scrolls repeatedly and uncontrollably when inserting
individual "send to " address names on new e-mail compositions
You can't compose new mail using Bugzilla. Are you reporting an issue with
Thunderbird? If so change this bug to the proper product, or it's INVALID.
