I just tested Indiana's server and the mar files are being downloaded, not displayed.  So I would assume this is fixed.

The times they have a changed:
* ftp.m.o and stage.m.o respond with application/octet-stream
* http://ftp.m.o/.../firefox/releases/... redirects to releases.m.o, and all the machines behind that are checked by sentry
