Not certain why this happens, but it's obvious that something's wrong, and can
be fixed. Check the URL provided.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Provided URL, wait for it to load.
2.Scroll down.

Actual Results:  
Page becomes a mass of nonsense, much of it is displayed as blank.

I figured out the issue, sort of. It has to do with instant page rendering..
which is disabled by default.

Hmm... as a side note, what's going on with his UA string? 0.9+? Huh?

I'm pretty sure you have CamiOptions installed. Try uninstalling it and removing
your pref files, then tell us what happens.

I thought it had to do with instant page rendering, but it doesn't. I turned it
off, and I'm still getting the weird page scrambling a lot. If it's any help, it
seems to happen more consistently when you scroll using up/down arrows on the
keyboard than it does when using the scroll bar.

Ah, this is our old friend the WMP plugin scrolling redraw bug, bug 272699. 
(That's a WMP file being embedded, not a Real one.)
