when i'm looking on print preview - i see <style media="print"> then i click 
refresh (with hotkey F5), i'm still in print preview window, but i see page 
formated with <style media="screen"> and i cannot close print preview or change 
any print atributes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. file
2. print preview
3. click F5

Actual Results:  
page formated in media=screen, cannot close print preview (hide this pannels 
and show standart pannel)

Expected Results:  
page formated in media=print
or
closed page preview
