User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050601 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050601 Firefox/1.0.4 Under WinXP (probably the other Windozes too), the print dialog File->Print has frame printing related options ("Print Frames" Frame group box) that are localizable in toolkit/chrome/global/printdialog.properties. However localization of this properties results in those entries not being displayed correctly. Probably this is caused by the recoding of those properties from UTF-8 to current codepage before displaying. In attached screenshot you can see that everything laying in one byte range (from point of view of current codepage) is displayed, whereas everything else, eg. an intentional entry between 'Print' and 'Frames' which is made in Russian, the option labels that are in Armenian are not displayed. However the German umlauts are displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make corresponding changes to printdialog.properties 2. 3.
This shows the problem described above in action.
