The following text is too vague:

"Bugzilla has been moved to a new server. If you encounter any problems, please
let us know on #bmo on irc.mozilla.org, or File a bug in the b.m.o component.
Please use the "New" or "Enter new bug" links for any other issues."

Several people have filled bugs into the Bugzilla:Other b.m.o issues component
wrongly. Also the link given skips the bug helper form. Can the text be made
clearer:

"any problems with bugzilla.mozilla.org"

or removed.
The text has now been removed. Closing WFM
